Unable to purchase Gems - Error Message

I have not been able to purchase gems for any game for 4 days. I have tried another card still same error. It says go to homepage

    Hey Everyone, 

    Thanks for letting us know about what you are experiencing with Pogo. If you are currently running into an issue with purchasing Gems Please let us know the following. 

    • Screen Name:
    • Location:
    • Payment Method Type (Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, etc.
    • Case number (if you have one)

    • Should you have an active club pogo?
    • When was the last time you could successfully purchase Gems?
    • Are you getting an error message? (If so please provide) 
    • Please also list any troubleshooting you have tried, as well as a screenshot of the error:

  • I have not been able to purchase POGO gems since 7-12-22.  Cannot find any help with this problem.  

  • This is the error message I get, no matter how I try and purchase the gems.

  • For 3 days I have been unable to buy Gems. I cleared the cache yesterday, tried another computer and still nothing. I tried 2 browsers, Firefox and Edge. Still nothing.

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router 
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Check for any pop-ups

  • Gems Purchase can’t complete because the checkbox for “I have read the Terms of Service” is unselectable.  I reported the issue 2 years ago and the response was “access a computer to make your purchase” (case 64809846).  I no longer have a computer.  I play solely on an iPad.  Of course, this issue isn’t hurting me as much as it’s hurting EA Games.  If you’d rather not allow me to give you money, I’m good with that.  I’m happy to see that EA Games is doing so well financially that they can afford to ignore a bug that prevents incoming revenue.

    @maggiemoo55 have you updated your payment information? You may have to remove the payment information you have and re-enter it
