What’s happened to Claire hart

I’m trying to work on Claire hart secret in the shadows weekly challenge and the screen size has changed.  In landscape mode I can’t see the bottom of the screen to see items.  In portrait mode I can see everything but the screen is still in landscape mode so it’s sideways.

and what has happened to chapter 4, police station.  It’s faded and blurry and the items are in the wrong place.
