Totally agree. I cancelled my membership (since 2001) over the Scrabble mess. Just not worth it anymore. Would go back if they reinstated the old Scrabble but really think they just do not care.

I'm at the point where I'm cancelling my membership. It makes me sad, but between stupid and unnecessary game "updates", games that have given up on the concept of leveling up, and this most recent outage that has NOT responded to clearing cookies/cache, I am unsure what I'm spending money on.
