where are all the games I paid for gone?

where are all the games I paid for gone? Do I get a refund? This is not how you do business. not at all happy with the way the "new" pogo is being handles nor the games they call games that just kee...

I'm not the OP but I can tell you that I am really, really annoyed with Pogo now too. I have been a member since 2006. I just realized that there are a TON of games no longer available. We pay $40 a year to access only 11 Pogo Exclusive Games. You currently offer only 1 Slot.

Just off the top of my head, the following games are missing:

Hog Heaven Slots (my favorite)

Showbiz Slots

Ali Baba Slots

The Halloween Slots

Pogo Bowl

Quick Quack

Chuzzle Slots

Peggle Slots

Letters to Nowhere

Big City Adventure

Pyramid Solitaire

Clue Secrets and Spies

Slingo

Zuma Slots

Monopoly Slots

No more tokens. No more chat rooms. The new format is terrible. Seriously considering canceling, which I hate to do, but what am I paying for?

Many of those games have been retired due to the changes in web technologies and browsers no longer supporting those features. We do have a thread to discuss game retirements, which you can find here:

We would hate to see you go. We do have several games in development right now, and are constantly working to bring old games back as well as new and exciting games for everyone. Please keep an eye on the Pogo Blog for updates on our upcoming games.

Since I just RECENTLY paid a membership fee, this feels very much like a BAIT AND SWITCH!!!

  @VickiDK2 IT shouldn't matter WHICH games I had started playing. I signed up for access to ALL THE POGO GAMES!!!!! I had only just begun to explore the games and hadn't gotten far with any of them, so hadn't yet decided which game(s) to commit to.

    Can you not play all the games? I have access to all the available games. Which ones are you having trouble playing?
