Why didn't I get my gems on renewal
I recently renewed my subscription to POGO; however, my Gems were withheld. My bank card that was on file had been stolen and I had to notify everyone that used EFT's on my card, but I failed to contact EA. It seems it would be understandable since my membership renews annually. I've been a member for a very long time and look forward to getting the gems awarded every year.
Will EA award my Gems? It only seems fair.
