Why my friends from Canada can't play a Scrabble game with me?

Question

Players in Canada and other countries cannot play with their friends in Scrabble. How can this be fixed? I have sent several messages to EA Admin and no response has been received. I play the "Classic" version and the new version and cannot seem to connect with them in either. I can see that my friend from Canada is in a game; however, I cannot see what room they are in or send them a chat message in the bottom box. I play everyday and don't have this problem with friends in the US. My friend in Scotland cannot load Adobe Flash. It is unavailable.

What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Due to licensing reasons, SCRABBLE is not available on Pogo outside of North America.&nbsp;Thank you for your concern and understanding.

Thank you for the response.&nbsp; I am a bit confused.&nbsp; I played with them previously in the old version and now occasionally do play with other players in Canada.&nbsp; So I don't really understand.

Hey there,&nbsp;@MomNana16.

This is part of the current license agreement, so you should be able to play normally with friends in Canada as it is part of North America. As for previously, I am not privy to the details of the license restrictions of the old Flash version of the game, so I can't comment on that version. Sorry about that.
