I paid 10 gems for a challenge and you gave me cookie connect which has not loaded for over a month. My case number is 203439006. That game will not load so why did you have me pay 10 gems for it

they kept telling me they would give me the gems then gave me power ups to other games that were really worthless because either I do not play those games or there was still not enough power ups lol
