They have been working on resolving the issue since August 2nd. No response can be sent to that person for and update.
this is unacceptable. Thet shouldn't put a time limit on this badge or the constellation. People invest time and money into their games. Maybe, they will realize too late how many customers they might lose.
I have been a pogo member for more years then I car to admit, but am so upset with the NO SUPPORT on so many things. The Merge Academy sewing machine not being available but you need to do the Merge Academy to move onto other challenges,..what the heck is wrong with pogo administrators??? The having to wait while things regenerate is so aggravating!! Just give us the sewing machine so we can continue on. Supply us with a phone number to call support and an email to contact them with our problems instead of ignoring us. I am at the point of completely giving up on pogo. Stop giving us impossible challenges especially when you do not give us what we need to complete them!!

I agree with what you are all saying about the lack of sewing machine parts available to complete not only the bingo challenge, but the weekly challenge. I have been a member for over 10 plus years and the lack of explanation on how to play new games is unacceptable in my opinion. They need to come up with a solution if they really care about their customers.
Players created a guide to the game and the generators months after it was introduced because of confusion.
As a courtesy for our patience with this flaw with the sewing machine...I would hope Pogo award each one of us the 20 gems as promised if we finished the bingo board without the completion of the merge academy challenge. I do take offense to pogo remarks about the fault of the pogo players who eliminated the items necessary to get the sewing. Can we be blamed for a game that is offered with very little instructions on how this game actually works....
To clarify the remarks:
Pogo never stated it was the fault of the player or the creator. This is my synopsis of the situation on why some players were able to create it and some were not, due to the limited time the player and the game allowed you to create it. This post is meant to bring clarity on where the Sewing Machine is exactly located, how to get it and why some do not have it.
A few months ago, a fellow player who finished the game, created a guide for us and players also created a generator guide to help 😊
they don't seem to care neither will I when renewal time comes.
Is anything being done on obtaining the sewing machine? If so tell me to wait or quit the game. Please!!!!

- @rshiroke I think it would be nice for them to make available in the Marketplace at least more often. I got one of the items a couple of weeks ago and and waiting to see it appear again. I have been a pogo member for over 20 years and it's getting a bit ridiculous with this game. I appreciate getting the badges anyway, as I can't complete the Grill Masters Badge because I can't complete orders
