"I share My account on an iOS device with two other family members. We upgraded our iOS device and use the older one for playing bejeweled blitz with. The owner of the updated device opened their account and played bejeweled, and this window appeared"
You have a few issues going on here.
1. We are not allowed to "share accounts". Account sharing violates the User Agreement "You are responsible for the activity on your EA Account; it’s yours, don’t share it. Your EA Account may be suspended or terminated if someone else uses it to engage in activity that violates this Agreement." Apple also states in their Security Statement: Don't share an Apple Account
2. You have 3 people trying to play on an old iOS, a new iOS and on a PC as well - under one account. This will create confusion and probably why the profile 2 question popped up.
3. You have posted this question under EA's Pogo.com platform, this site does not have the Bejeweled Blitz Game.
Unfortunately, the EA Community Managers who read our posts here on EA Answers Headquarters are unable to assist with account-related issues. Only Customer Support can assist in this matter.

EA Trouble Shooting Guide for IOS
You’ve misunderstood My message.
The three users sharing My device have their own EA accounts.
They also have separate Facebook accounts where the Bejeweled app was linked with.
We haven’t synchronised our accounts with the Game Center, but this platform is operating with the new device, hence the window popping up within the app randomly at this time when I was playing the game.
I have the Apple account, but haven’t synced My account with the Game Center either.
