All Games Are SLOW

    Let's give a few things a try here to see if it improves game performance for you.

    • To start, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting. These steps are built out specifically for freezing and slowness issues like the one you describe, and have helped many people.
    • If you're on Chrome or Edge browsers, please also check out the Update on HD Games Running Slow in Chrome and Edge to see if the issue applies to you, and the fixes associated with that issue.
    • If you try the troubleshooting and still are still having trouble with your games, can you share your browser information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your DxDiag? If you can attach it as a file to a post, I'd love to take a look.

    I've tried your fix over a month ago and it doesn't work but you still list it as the solution and have no other corrections. the worst are the game that have movement things work fine until there is graphics movement.this only happens on pogo and never did til the last few improvements.
