All games will not load.

I cannot play any games (for 4 days). Games will not load or they only go from 16% to 90% loaded. I have done all the scans, restored laptop about 3 times and still can't do anything, I get the home page and can sign in. I have tried all the games on the home page. I have to renew my pogo membership this month, but I do not want to pay for another year and not play anything. I have also tried different browsers but nothing changes. Please help and my husband has the same problem.  we have a new modem and things are fine there, Can get into other websites etc. just not this one. Please Help...... Anyone.  Been a member for a number of years and never had any problem like this one.
