This is crazy. It has been over a month and still not fixed and no information about it

Can I ask why we are not hearing about Solitare Home is not being fixed or what the problem is with the blue design coming up on the screen and nothing is playable. I have sent allthe info you have asked for twice and the screen shot also. I just would like to know what is being done to fix the game.
I would also like to know if there is a way to bypass it on the new contests since it's the 3rd on in and we can't do it so we can't advance. I just want to know what is wrong and what has been done if anything to fix it.

No error message
See attached screen shot...this is what is looks like when I enter the game. I cannot click on anything to make it go away. It's been like this since I bought the gem bonus pass during the Easter event (same with lots of other people).
No error message (you asked the same question twice).
Just fix the game. At this point I've already missed on on probably 2000 pogis, if not more, and I'll be missing out on even more since Home Story is the 3rd challenge in the current string of challenges (and you have to play them in order).

I have been a member of Pogo for 22 years and if it is not fixed by my renew date next month or some type of response to what is going on by my renewal date NEXT MONTH I am X/LING my subscription with you. This has been over a month since it occurred. *********
