If so, please try the HTML5 troubleshooting to see if it improves gameplay for you and let me know how it goes. If the game is still problematic, if you're able to share your Pogo Compatibility Tool information, linked in my post above, it would help a ton.

only when I am using GOOGLE CHROME , and only JIGSAW T does this freezing happen (no other games on google)
but, if I use EDGE , jigsaw t will not freeze
I'd like to use google chrome for all my games and this freezing only started when the new changes were made to this game on 3/24
is there a setting I need to change on google to not have this game freeze on me ?

I do have a follow-up question though, which can help with tracking it down. For your version of Microsoft Edge, are you using the original Microsoft Edge (blue e icon) or Microsoft Edge Chromium (a blue-green e-shaped wave icon)?

I'm having issues with Jigsaw Treasure Hunter and the new Canasta on the new Pogo - both are extremely slow to move anything, sometimes being frozen completely. It sure does ruin your time scores. The Jigsaw is worse than the Canasta, but I mention Canasta since they seem very similar in issue. No problems with any of the games on the old site.
I'm sorry; I should have given more info as to my system. I did run the compatibility scan, and this was the result:

First, it does look like your Chrome version is one version out of date. A new one recently released (version 83.0.4103.61). Can you try updating Chrome to see if it improves gameplay for you?
Another thing I notices is that you have Do Not Track active. This can sometimes block information between your browser and Pogo's servers. As a test, can you try disabling Do Not Track to see if it also improves things?

I updated my Chrome & changed the tracking button, but it still does not play smoothly. I have to sometimes double-click a piece to even get it to highlight, then command it several times to move before it does so. My new compatibility scan:
