Hey there, @bjvs1118.
Thanks so much for the update. I'll be happy to send this report over to the Pogo team.
I do have a follow-up question though, which can help with tracking it down. For your version of Microsoft Edge, are you using the original Microsoft Edge (blue e icon) or Microsoft Edge Chromium (a blue-green e-shaped wave icon)?

Pieces do not move at all in Firefox, screen goes black after 3 moves in Edge.
I think the "as of" date should be 2021
- Calicat675 years agoRising Adventurer@firstmate617 They say as of 2020, because that's how long it's gone unfixed. Went through all kinds of steps on here, was sent over to a "team" who never responded. Apparently, the issue continues with no attempt at resolution.
- 5 years ago@Calicat67 I played it frequently using Firefox on a PC...never had a problem with it until a few weeks ago. Ooops...I did for a short time a few months ago, but only in FF...it worked fine in Edge. Now the pieces don't move at all in FF. In Edge, I managed to move 3 corner pieces before the screen blacked out. If it really has been problematic for over a year, it's long past time for EA to fix the problem or remove the game.
