Let's give some additional troubleshooting a try. Some of the items on this list have already been done in our tests thus far, but if you could run through the HTML5 troubleshooting, that would help a lot. Please let me know how it goes for you.

Hello,
I have 16 GB of RAM on my system.
I clear my cache every day.
I tried Microsoft Edge - same results.
The game continues to lag badly. :-(

To help track this down, which version of Microsoft Edge did you try? There are two versions of Microsoft Edge, so knowing what the version number is can help a lot.
As for the HTML5 troubleshooting, have you tried the other troubleshooting steps, such as toggling hardware acceleration?

Hello,
I just downloaded the MS, so it is Version 83.0.478.37.
Yes, I have tried every step. The new HD games just don't work well for me. Jigsaw is the worse, but Canasta isn't smooth either.

Would you be able to get us a DxDiag? I can then send it over to the Pogo team for further investigation. It would help a lot in figuring out why some games won't run or work correctly for some players.
