I just downloaded the MS, so it is Version 83.0.478.37.
Yes, I have tried every step. The new HD games just don't work well for me. Jigsaw is the worse, but Canasta isn't smooth either.

Would you be able to get us a DxDiag? I can then send it over to the Pogo team for further investigation. It would help a lot in figuring out why some games won't run or work correctly for some players.

Hello, and thanks for asking. Yes, we did a chat and he had me go through another list of things to try, which I did, but it's still not working and I just give up.
