Puzzle still not working despite all the suggestions your 'tech' people come out with. At the end of the day its glitches in the puzzle not our pcs. It was working before, now its not. Has been going on a while.

Although you've been quick & helpful in answering, the team never responded after the file was sent over. Problem still exists, so I just end up not playing that game or Canasta. :-(

I can assure you that the team is still investigating the issue, however I do have some troubleshooting you can try if you haven't already. Have you tried adjusting the hardware acceleration in your browser to see if that improves gameplay for you?

Yes, we had already tried several things before sending the log over 2-3 weeks ago.
