Although you've been quick & helpful in answering, the team never responded after the file was sent over. Problem still exists, so I just end up not playing that game or Canasta. :-(

I can assure you that the team is still investigating the issue, however I do have some troubleshooting you can try if you haven't already. Have you tried adjusting the hardware acceleration in your browser to see if that improves gameplay for you?

Yes, we had already tried several things before sending the log over 2-3 weeks ago.
Three more weeks have passed, but still not a word on status.
Hello EA........................ I am now having more FREEZING problems while playing Jigsaw Treasure Hunter
Last night (JULY 11th 2020) there was an Update to Windows , I had been able to play Jigsaw Treasure Hunter using Edge, but now Edge is new and the Game Freezes just like it does using Google Chrome
