the bugs are killing this game. refund my money if you can't fix it and i will play eleswhewre

I don't understand why they have not fixed this issue yet, multiple players are having this issue and it has been over a month!

I also have that problem and another problem...it disconnects on me in the middle of a game. When I end the game and start over, it asks me if I want to resume or not. If I resume, the problem is still there.
I hoped that when I changed to a new improved 5g modem/router, it would fix the problem. But it didn't. It happened before the new router and still happens. I don't have these issues with any other game of yours.

This is beyond ridiculous now ! This issue is getting worse all the time. Now along with disappearing tiles we have to contend with being disconnected all the time. This has been going on for 2 months now. We faithfully pay our membership and should be able to play the games we enjoy. Scrabble is the ONLY reason I stay with Pogo. It is one of the very few games left for "adults". I will not be renewing my membership. I have been a member many years as have many others. We deserve much better than this !

I consistently get the blank problem.
If I place my other letters first, and then place the blank very last to complete my word, sometimes that blank doesn't cause problems.
Otherwise, placing a blank messes up the board: sometimes the blank disappears, using the blank will cause the "return" button to display as "mix-up" or vice-versa. Using the blank can make the opposite player's new word not even appear.
If I hit the arrow refresh button, the game will stop, reload, I am given the option to go back to the game...and that puts the board back to normal again where I can see my played blanks, etc. This problem continues even though it has been reported. What is EA doing about it? Are you going to give us credit on our memberships? Are you going to fix it? I see many responses to Madden play questions, but can't find anything you have done to remedy this problem. Since the system will not allow me to post anything as an individual, I am replying to this player's post in hopes that you will see it and give us an answer.
