Bought tier in Sweet Tooth Town, nothing happened

Sweet Tooth Town offering Tier 7 for purchase. I purchase it but it doesn't load, just goes back to offering it to me. I have plenty of coins, I have completed all tiers. I can't figure out why it's not loading. All it does is show the first screen under "construction" where the tier if offered again.

Any suggestions?

I can't buy the next level in Sugar Shack. The buy screen is over the level screen and when I click on it nothing happens. I have plenty of coins and I tried on both Chrome and Safari
