Canasta Unable to Authenticate Error

Canasta will not load states unable authenticate, then states to reconnect keeps stating over & over. i use google chrome, ive cleaned cache, restarted laptop & factory reset still will not work. was working perfectly yesterday. ive tried contacting someone but nobody responds. I only play pogo for canasta, no canasta no customer! PLEASE HELP!

    The connection issues with Canasta should be fixed now. 

    Please try playing again when you've got the chance. If you're still having any problems connecting let us know.

    How did you contact pogo  I am having the same problem for two days.  I am lookin for a phone number.

    I am only having this problem on my HP Computer which is only a year old.

    Canasta Unable to Authenticate Error - I only buy the membership to play this game - if it is not going to work - I will be cancelling - any help on this
