Cannot Purchase Coins on Bejeweled Blitz

Question

I have been unable to purchase coins on Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook for a few days now, and I missed the Happy Hour, in which I usually purchase the 9.2 million coins. So, you lost money on me this week. It will not go to the processing/connecting to server page, and I have tried it on different browsers and even on iOS and Windows 11. My software is updated. I am not having any difficulty with purchases on other games on Facebook. I use laptops to access this game. I cannot find any answers on the help search. [removed]. It would be nice to know if you are going to fix this problem soon.

just wondering if you got the problem fixed. I have the same issue for at least a month. sometimes theres a message saying they are working on it but when I contacted EA, they know nothing about it
