chat crashing in Pogo

We are a bowling league that bowls nightly and have bowled in Pogo for over 13 years. When in the old Pogo Bowl, we had about 25 members. Since the new version of Pogo, bowl was introduced a couple of years ago, our membership has dropped down to just around 11 or 12. I am afraid we will lose our remaining players and this is due to the poor quality of the "new" game and of all the tech issues, especially the chat. For the past couple of weeks almost every player has been affected by the chat freezing. It happens to 3 or 4 times a night. When the chat freezes, the player affected has to refresh the game, which then boots them out and they lose their score, and they have to start over. I read another post where a player was complaining of this very thing and pogo told the player that he needed to do this, and do that, and essentially fix his computer. Well since all of my league members are experiencing this problem, it seems very obvious to me that the problem is with Pogo. All of our computers didn't just crash at the same time. All I am asking is for you to fix your program so we can get what we are paying for.

    I really feel like I am talking to myself, since Pogo has refused to acknowledge my presence. For over two weeks you have ignored me and the problems my league is having. The chat situation has gotten completely out of hand. We actually had some members from another league come in to see if we were having issues with our chat. They were experiencing the very same thing our league is experiencing. Something is wrong with the chat Pogo! It seems that the only thing you make sure is working correctly is your link to collecting our money. Surely you have some kind of tech on your payroll. If he can't fix this, then get someone who can. Tonight, we had to deal with the double chat posting all night. That always means one thing, we are going to fight chat all night, and that is what we did. One right after the other, our chat would disappear, forcing us to leave the room and come back in. That doesn't work when you are in a tournament. We had 4 of our 8 members have to leave and come back in tonight's tournament. That is unacceptable for the people paying you money, and it is unacceptable for a business to operate in that manner. I am imploring one more time for you to fix this situation.

    I am adding my voice to my Head Administrators.  You at Pogo are not answering any of our post.  You are blaming our computers for your problems with Chat.  I am very unhappy with the serivce I receive here at Pogo.  I had 4 out of 6 members lose chat tonight and it caused major delays in our games.  What does it take to get a response out of your techs or do you even have any.  I don't see what difference it makes about the age of my computer.  I run Microsoft with Edge as my browser.  I want my moneys worth and to have a decent game experience, not one pleagued with problems that you can't or won't solve.  You need to answer me and you need to fix the problems with your chat.

    Just wanted to report on the chat problems in our Pogo Bowl room. It has been a week or 2 since I last brought this issue before you. I have no hope or faith that anyone will read this, much less try to help out with the issue, but I am going to try one more time.

    First, we had a week or so where the problem pretty much disappeared, but then 3 or 4 days ago it all started back up again. First, the double posts started, and then soon after, our players chat started disappearing once again. Player after player, their chat disappeared.

    One thing I am wondering about, could the problem be an issue with the table chat mode only. You have "table" chat and "game" chat. We use table chat because of our being a league, we don't want a bunch of people using our chat while we are in a tournament. 

    I went to another game, Quins Aquarium, and joined in their chat. There were many people in there chatting fast and furious, and there was not that first problem. I was there for about an hour. So, this makes me wonder if the chat disappearing could be a table chat problem only. As I have said before, we never have a problem with the game itself, only with our chat. 

    Hopefully one of the Pogo Techs, if there are any, will see this and at least check into the chat thing. My bowlers are all getting restless with this constant chat issue.
