@EA_Illium Can someone please advise what's being done about my case. I've been a Club Pogo Member since 2006 and have spent literally thousands of dollars on gems, membership and other Pogo related things and have patiently waited to hear something more than my information would be passed onto the "team". I've followed up regularly providing screen shots showing no progress has been made on the issues regarding no progress being saved and to date no one has admitted taking the issue any more seriously than passing along information. Would taking my case to the corporate offices where I used to work to bring notice that I'm left in limbo while this issue continues to remain outstanding? I simply cannot provide any additional information than all that I've painstakingly provided to date. At first no one believed me despite being provided all evidence to the contrary, that I cannot be responsible for the technical saving issue at hand because not matter how many troubleshooting efforts I've made, not matter which computer I use, the same result of losing progress immediately after closing out of the game persists. A month and a half is plenty of time to diagnose and advise me where the technical issue stands. I realize I'm only one person but I've been considering dropping Pogo for some time despite earning more than 17,000 badges and spending over $200 this month alone on gems. I'm beginning to feel cheated, like my loyalty in the face of all these games no longer posing a challenge to me that have been made more childish in appearance and difficulty as time's gone one. It's become a joke of what it once was and having to sit by with no word about a simple matter that should have been taken more seriously some time ago is about the last straw. I imagine the response I'll receive to be one of two: that someone will check with the team again and get back to me with a status report or that the issue is ongoing on, again, I will be updated when progress is made. You've had my system diagnostics for weeks now and they won't help and anyone who just looks at what happens every time I close out of the game will clearly see my system is not responsible nor has it ever. It's a Pogo glitch, plain and simple, and I would appreciate an answer today as to where things are and when someone will actually do something about my issue. Whether it's resetting something here or granting progress through level 800 manually. I've already proved, having won the Level 800 badge, that I did in fact spend the time and gems it took to earn the badge. At least it'd be progress of some kind. I just bought a Nintendo Switch and though I could afford to maintain my Pogo and the Nintendo subscription packages I'm really at a point that, given Pogo's evident disregard for this single customer's Pogo issue among other things, that Pogo will be the easiest money saving option I've had in years. Where are the over 1.5 million subscribers once boasted in banners and announcements? Gone, along with so many games that, though maybe not on the surface as popular as some of the games that made it to this stage of the "New Pogo", helped retain the loyal fan base that used to pay more attention to its classic customer demographic of older people on pensions and Social Security, retirees who found the platform and interactive capabilities appealing. So many things that made me feel devoted to the site are gone and now I have to wait weeks for even a response to an issue I've used the quick response option to have someone update me before. Please don't insult me in any way intimating I've done anything to create the situation nor that Pogo's customer service hasn't suffered despite the backing of one of the biggest gaming corporations in the world which is likely the only reason this once great gaming site hasn't been retired a long time ago like it seems so headed to. That's today's rant, if I hear nothing back I'll just find wherever the ladder lies and start going up it outside of the normal route which, like just about everything left of what had been the best place on the internet to meet people and play games, simply doesn't work so well anymore. I just wish I'd saved that $200+ I now feel I've wasted on Pogo to buy more Nintendo games. Rest assured, with no further reason to continue with Pogo given the lack of interest in solving this particular problem means Nintendo will start receiving the lion's share, if not all, of my gaming budget per month. Wish I were making this up, just so looking forward to games that actually push me to think again, to find new ways of solving problems. And Kingdom Hearts coming next month. Now that I think about it, why didn't I do this a long time ago?
