Crossword Cove will not load. Ive tried reloading and it doesnt work

Crossword Cove will open and when I click play todays puzzle the game freezes. I tried going back in and going to Calendar it will take me there but when you click the 1st it freezes again

I play Crossword Cove daily and today it seems  froze up. i get to where it says today or Calendar and then when I click today it freezes up and if i try to go in through Calendar it does the same thing. I have cleaned my cache so it is not that.

I think the tech support all went on holiday. Seems no one has gotten an answer.
