Dice City Roller - unable to join Quick Play

Unable to join "Quick Play" on Dice City Roller.  This began happening a few days ago.  Takes me to a room by myself each and every time regardless of time of day when there may be fewer players... not happened before.  Also asks if I want Auction or no Auction which is also new for the Quick Play choice - normally I just get popped into a room with other players.  Been going on for two days now.

    Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?  

      

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game   
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) 
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games  

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Error or a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    its been getting worse instead of better!  There`s alot of problems.. first of all as a club member..I tried to bjuy a dice city game and it keeps saying I have it.. but it doesn`t let me play on it...I can`t think of all I wanted to bit>h about.. had 2 strokes so I do have problems with saying things.. Thanks

    I tried to play Dice City Roller this early morning. It has issues. It will not open up. This needs to be fixed as i was trying to get a badge. I tried 3 times.

    Why am I able to play dice city rollers without the auction no problem! But when choosing the "auction" tab all the rooms are empty!! This has been going on for a couple days now!!! For as long as I've played the game this has never happened, the auction rooms are always full with many games going?????     Game is very boring when I can't compete with other players and chat with friends!!!!!!!!

    I'm unable to play when it's join a game. Click on room and it freezes.  Have to totally exit browser and try again .plz help
