didnt receive Merge power I purchased but my gems were reduced by 10

I tried to purchase 60 units of power for Merge. My gem balance was charged the 10 gems, yet I received no power.

The whole Merge game is messed up.  If you cannot fix it, it should be removed until fixed.

    Unfortunately, the EA Community Managers who read these posts cannot help us with gems or purchases, we must go through Customer Support to dispute these issues.
