EA/ POGO Games

I can't get chat to work in POGO's game, Dice City Roller. Tried every suggestion by EA , and POGO! Even switched browsers, no good

I want to know why they are doing this on a Friday night? It has been down almost 4 hours now....I so want some money back or for it to go towards next month...This is my gaming night and it's almost like they did this on purpose, it was working fine at 6pm est. and suddenly it stopped working..I know some rooms go a little wild at night, especially on a Friday, but really? make everyone suffer???
