Everytime in the new bowling game the pins disappear before my ball gets to them

Will you please tell me what to do....it doesnt matter what i check in that game the pins disappear before the ball gets to them  and we have that challenge tomorrow   please help!!

This also happens to me, the ball rolls up to the pins , the pins disappear. No score is recorded, and the next throw commences, throw the ball...it goes down the alley, about to hit pins...then they disappear. its frustrating.

@mostkYvHPXtV @sweets759 If your power meter falls to zero and you click the ball, it will reset your power meter. Let us know if you have this issue even after your bowl with a 'good' amount of power. Looking forward to hearing from you!

    I have tried everything that the Mods have suggested to no avail.  Looks like I will not be getting this badge as my ball disappears before hitting the pins every time.  I come to Pogo to de-stress myself not to keep getting frustrated.  Any help would be needed.  Not happy at all.
