Everytime in the new bowling game the pins disappear before my ball gets to them

Will you please tell me what to do....it doesnt matter what i check in that game the pins disappear before the ball gets to them and we have that challenge tomorrow please help!!

Are you saying the pins and the ball disappears off the screen as they are all gone OR are you saying they ball rolls up to the pins, but no score is recorded?
