FROZEN Lvl 390 over and over and over and over

Garden Blast random levels - stuck on one "random" level for the past 4 completions....I have now spent over $50 on gems for seeds and it has either not credited me the win with 5 or more moves remaining or it completely freezes and i have to restart THE SAME LEVEL without all the seed bonus/lil bomb thingies i had or used in the frozen game.  

You are so lucky that this cannot hear the words that come out of my mouth when i am right there for a win, not caring how many moves because i just want OFF that dang random level (390) so i may contonue to have fun, then BAM!!!! freezes...takes what i have used/spent...OOPS time to start that level all over again.... &*&^%
