HELLO I NEED TO REPORT A BUG HERE IS THE ISSUE A FRIEND OF MINE NAMED POGO NAME MASTE78 HE HIS CHAT KEEPS CRASHING EVERY GAME HERE IS SOME INFO MAY HELP U TO HELP ME TO HELP HIM&gt;lost connection with their server as well was kick it seem teh developer of pogo bowl game not fixing the isssue n neither are their game engineer I EVEN REPORTED BY LIVE CHAT WHICH ATM NOT AVAILIBLE UNLESS I'M TOO EARLY BUT HE IS USEING WINDOWS 11 ON DESKTOP I THINK N WIN 10 ON LAPTOP OR VISEVERSA AS TO WHAT I TOLD THE AGENTS IS MORE GAME PERFORMANCE SUCH AS EXSTEND LEVELS,FIX THE PINS TO FALL EASIER INSTEAD OF SANDBAGGIE PINS, MAKE LIKE OLD POGO WHERE U SEE HOW MANY 300S PEOPLE HAS BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE PATHEDICALLY IT SEEMS THAT LONG AS YALL GET PAID YALL DONT CARE ABOUT UR PLAYERS HOPE THIS TURNS AROUND FROM ME VIPERBOY

I TOO RUN A LEAGUE IN POGO BOWL AND WE ARE HAVING SERIOUS ISSUES WITH OUR CHAT. Our league has been bowling in Pogo for over 13 years so we know how to play the game. It is not 1 player having the issues, but several players have the problem. Chat locks up and we get a message saying something like this, "oops something is not right", or "oops, something is wrong". We are a league and chat is a must so we can see pairs, winners, losers, and the TD's instructions. Tonight, we had 5 separate times that chat froze, including 4 different players. The players affected had to go to the tool bar and refresh in order to get their chat back. This causes the players to lose their score and their games. I can't believe that all our computers went crazy at the same time. Please fix things on your end. It is not the computers of all my league members causing this problem. Thank you!

@Viper78boy Hi - if it's just his account being affected and no one else's on your team, it's probably not a bug in the game. Still, it's odd that both of his computers are crashing in the one game (Microsoft updates are known to wreak havoc). Since he often plays PB, I'm guessing it might be his cache. Ask him to do a hard refresh of the browser to bypass the cache. If that doesn't work, then it might be a website issue or his browser needs an update. Altho I don't know what a "sandbaggie" (or sandbagged) pin does, I have to agree--many of the newer re-installs of the former great Pogo games lack better or even the same UI (user interface). Much less allow the multiplayer game room to see another player's stats, anymore. I hope it turns around, too--fingers crossed!
