Games not loading

I made another post about it, since this one says it has been solved. Maybe if enough people post they will do somethihg

I am currently engaging in a live chat with someone at EA named John to see what I can find out. He did say that "We have received lots of contacts on this issue and players are reporting the same.I have discussed this with the experts team and would like to inform you that this could be an emerging issue to us and we have already informed the dedicated team about this issue and they are already working on it. We have received multiple reports of this issue from players all over the world." He also stated "We request you to kindly allow us a little bit time and we will get this sorted for all the affected players. Please don't worry and allow our team some time to fix this issue for you. I assure you that once the issue is fixed, you will able to load and play the game normally. We request you to kindly have a close eye on our social channels that is Official twitter handle as we will be updating this there."
