I have beaten level 240 and the game will only load to 80%. I have 2 accounts and the one that I have only done to level 4 loads quick. .

Two accounts on same computer with only one showing issues with hanging. Refreshing the page doesn't work. Clearing caches & history and then restarting doesn't work.
You have not upgraded your Operating System (OS).
You can try the "Wayback Machine" feature--which takes your OS back to a time before the hangup started. Just stay focused and be very careful with instructions as you do this.
