Garden Blast Star Chests being deleted!!

i have earned 26 star chests on Garden Blast.  The first time I had 19 chests and I opened one chest and when it came back it said I had six chests. Then I tried to open the next six they disappeared...

Ever since Nov. 22, 2023, every time you earn 20 stars and go to open the Star Chest to claim the free booster, the screen goes black, then resets the chest back to just 2 stars and never gives the booster. I have reported it in the forum and to the EA/Pogo email team, but nothing has changed,. When will this issue be addressed an fixed?

        @clntwn1 I will get this forwarded onto the team to investigate and I'll update you as soon as I know more information.

        In the meantime can you try using a different browser and let me know if you run into the same issue?

        As well can you tell me what browser you usually use to play Pogo.
