HELP

Pogo keeps charging my Bank account 2 times everyday, I need this resoved and I can't get in touch with anyone to help me.  Can ssomeone PLEASE HELP ME.

I tried to but the directions left me on the same page with no where to actually get to a chat box.  So since no one can help me I cancelled my account after 23 years. So sad

Hello. It's probably due to choosing a support option that doesn't offer chat. Try using 'I want to update my EA account information'.
