We as Pogo players, must dispute charges and check order status using this avenue.
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select Pogo (or any game you're trying to play)
- Select the See all help topics
- Select the option I want to check my order status (3rd row 7th down)
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email instantly.
However, I would try not to type in all caps with them or in the forums, it can be seen as offensive and breaking The Rules of Conduct within our User Agreement with EA.
Our Community Managers here on EA are incredibly helpful in assisting the entire EA Community and deserve the utmost respect for taking on this enormous task. EA has a very large community of gamers worldwide, every minute someone needs help. As a regular player, I simply try and help our Pogo community when I can. Always with respect and sincere care.
