Up until a couple of days ago I had no issues with Monopoly Sudoku but now it loads through its screens and then gets to the one with the green background and thats as far as it goes. Sits on the green screen and does nothing. It's a Windows 10 Pro OS Build 19043.1149 with AMD FX 4.00ghz 8 core processor, 24gm ram, 4TB HD, 2 AMD Radeon 5450 video cards. I am using google chrome version 92.0.4515.07. Loads the following web page but just a green screen. https://www.pogo.com/games/monopoly-sudoku/play

Am unable to play monopoly sudoko after loading i get a green screen. this is going on for almost a week now. can't play any of the challenges please fix this asap, thank you

I've had a green screen for a month or so.Keep bringing more badges for everyone to play as I sit and watch a flipping green screen.Ridiculous

I got mine to work by turning on use hardware acceleration when available in browser settings on system tab. I then turned it off and it went green again, turned it on again and it works again. This was the case for both Edge and Chrome browsers. Picture of where setting is located.

Monopoly Sudoku keeps giving me the green screen. I cleared my cache and cookies. I was using microsoft edge, but someone suggested I try chrome.. But it didn't help. I find this very frustrating, as it seems to me that it is just before they made it a challange this happens I still cannot play jigsaw detective, or pogo bowl. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

still getting green screened. No update needed/available for Chrome, I am running current version. Caches and cookies are cleaned out. The game ran fine up until the last purchase at 128 stars. Find the bug.

update I have Green screen when I am in Chrome. on firefox I was able to play, but I am unable to begin the airport build. Very frustrating. this issue has been going on for awhile, you think a fix would already been done

after reaching the airport, the screen was green and did not advance. I complained and now the game is super slow and takes forever to load. Once I chose to play a sudoku, the screen never loads the options to play an actual game. This is now a month long problem. This game now sucks and is not loading properly just like payday freecell, and turbo 21 and scrabble. You have ruined these games. You do not FIX them so they load and run properly. I just renewed my subscription and boy am I sorry I did. I will cancel it very soon if you can't get your programmers to FIX THE BUGS SO MANY GAMES!

@LPC6635Eh Thank you for letting us know about your experience with Monopoly Suduko, We are currently looking into the Green Screen issue.

However, Once the Airport you currently cannot progress further in the map.

green screen fixed but now it run so slow I almost fell asleep the when i clicked on the play
sudoku button nothing but a white board. When are they going to fix.

I am having issues once again with only a green screen in Monopoly Suduko. I had this problem after completing level one. It was fixed so I was able to play the game and collect money. This morning I am back to not being able to play the game and only seeing a green screen. I love this game but this issue is very frustrating. When will this be fixed? Thank you
