I'm getting the same error message, and not getting the rent added.
But this only occurs when it's the rent for the 8th property.
The big problem is that you lose your entire overnight rents b/c the rent from the 8th property is part of the total. If it's during the day I only lose the rent from the 8th property, as long as I pay careful attention, but there's nothing I can do during the night. I'm losing a lost of rent then since I have the final tower on half of my properties, and multiple houses or hotels on the other 4 properties.
Status of my Monopoly Sudoku properties: By the end of yesterday (July 19th), I had at least 1 hotel on each property. The first 3 properties have the last blue hotel, and I finally upgraded the 8th property (the one associated with the darker blue property card) to 1 red hotel.
Today(July 20th): I encountered the error message the first time I launched Monopoly Sudoku, and I lost my entire overnight offline rent. 4 hours later, when the Collect icon was available for the 8th property, I again encountered the error message and lost my 8th property rent.
As a follow up to my other message. I have all 8 properties. 3 of which are all maxed out. (way more would be if I had gotten all my money) I play often during the day and evening as I am retired. I play all levels from beginner to expert. I have used the more chance and double and not. I have finished every daily goal. Nothing matters....... the error code and not getting coins happens at different times. At least 3 out of 4 times. I have lost small amounts from returning to huge amounts (like 9 million) from playing expert, using extra chance and double. It just happens when ever. VERY FRUSTRATING as I have spent a lot of gems on this game. I think I will just stop playing until they get this figured out. Oh and I have tried different browsers also. NOTHING helps.
I am still having the same issues. I have all 8 properties fully upgraded. I play to get coins for the daily bonus while waiting for the airport to open up - any idea when that will happen?
My current available $$$ is 506,246,610 (see screen shot attached). Imagine what my total coins would be if I had been credited for all I earned while playing and collecting rents!!!!!
Since there is nothing more to build or advance to, I am not playing the game as much as I would if there was any goal to be met. I log on several times a day to play at game or two, collect rents, and see if any progress has been made with correcting these problems or expansions.
I am STILL getting cheated out of millions of coins when all 8 properties are ready for collection. I have given up on WASTING gems on the power ups because it does no good - there is nothing to spend these coins on, no properties to purchase and/or upgrade, providing the coins earned are even credited to my account!!!!! Since the introduction of this new game, I played for hours and spent MANY (TOO MANY) gems to get to where I am. The game owes all of the players massive amounts of coins - but you know what would be really be nice -- we should be given a LOT of free gems!!!
I find it hard to believe that the code for collecting rent should be the same for each property, other than specifying which property to collect. It works on MOST of the properties, so LOOK AT THE CODE AND FIX THE DAMN ERROR ALREADY!!!!! Please answer this question - WHY DIDN'T THIS GAME GO THRU BETA TESTING BEFORE being released?
EXACTLY! Every thing was good till we got the 8th property! THEN EVERYTHING SUCKS!
I lost 40M plus today the same way...error message, then money disappears on shutdown
When you go away from the game for a while and then come back a "Welcome Back" window block identifying the rent accumulated while you were gone. There are two buttons. One is the "collect" button. DO NOT click on it. There is also an "x" button to close the "Welcome Back" window. Try clicking on the "X" button and see if you get different results.

I am having the same problem - but not as often as I was a month or two ago. Still happening every day though. Reported a number of times and no word back and obviously no resolution.
four days mine has been acting strange i collect winnings,then when i leave and come back my tokens are lost again and Error sign never goes away
I lost my Monopoly Sudoku all this week too, I can't play the game right now because if it not working right, I like this game a lot and I play it every day. but I can't do that right now because it is not working right because, it is lock.
