Monopoly Sudoku doesn't award the game play winnings. I won about $20MM from a game and it didn't register. Got a message that said there was a problem. So I tried again and won $10MM and it still didn't award the money.
Can those winnings be awarded to me? I used paid power-ups to earn them, which are now gone.

This is the exact same problem I am having and for me it seemed linked to using the Double Earnings at the end of a sudoku round. My game ends, flashes to the Challenge page, and then comes back to the buildings with an Error message and no payment for the previous game and I used a lot of gems for those double up cards. When I quit using the double up cards, my game seems to run ok again. For now.
This has been happening to me for days.... I lost 6 million first thing this morning. But for me it ha as nothing to do with the double button. I've tried all different ways and it just keeps happening. Very frustrating.
Every time I come back to Sudoku Monopoly and Boardwalk has rent that can be collected, I get an error message. Not only this, if it has been several hours I lose all the rent collected on the other properties. It happens every single time.
I have the same problem over and over again....I have lost thousands and thousands....wouldn't be so bad if when in the game and it is time to pick a card I am not kidding....7 out of 10 are pay....this makes no sense since the odds are supposedly in our favor being there are 2 cards with money and only 1 pay....what the heck kind of odds is that? Either I have really bad luck or something is pretty darn fishy here...is this a ploy to get people to buy stuff? I am pissed ! Fix the darn game already....this has been going on since day one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am entirely frustrated with this problem not being resolved. This has been going on so long that I am starting to believe that it is deliberate. The rent from the eighth property cannot be collected nor can you collect any other properties if the eighth property is part of the collection. I am losing more that 800,000 monopoly dollars at a time if I open the program in the morning. Millions have been lost and it already takes too much time to collect enough to upgrade. You are saying that you are investigating the problem, how about just fixing it!!!!
Monopoly Sudoku: Is Pogo going to do anything about an "Error" when trying to collect rents at log ins. We are losing millions of Monopoly Dollars and the problem is now not occasional but every log in time. I've been losing at least 3 - 4 million a day.
Come on Pogo, fix this problem or pull the game until you can fix this bug...
