Is Anyone else not getting credit toward Word Search Ranks?

Is anyone else not getting rank credit when playing Word Search.  It has been over 3 years and I have notified the owners of POGO multiple times without ever receiving a response, explanation or solu...

    Hello! To the best of my knowledge, I have not observed any discrepancies regarding Word Search Ranks at this moment.

    There is a dedicated forum for this game where knowledgeable players and moderators can provide you with hints and advice regarding this game.
