I'm not meaning to Spam. I posted the post below in a thread and then noticed it said "Solved" for some reason. So I'm posting it here. Rather than retype it, I'm going to just copy/paste it here. ...

I'm sorry, I mean no disrespect, but did you read my post?
I did all the clearing of caches etc in 4 different browsers.
I restarted my computer. (As I said)
I also said that I CAN play the game on the computer/browser if I play as a guest.
If I sign in to my account, I can not play this game. And it is only this game.
I know this is not a site wide problem, but there are others experiencing this too, and they seem to describe it the exact same way.
Hi @NhRodneyFw Thanks for going through clearing cache and trying a different browser, to confirm were you able to try the other steps listed in my above post? If so can you share the information requested above?

I have the exact same problem it seems as though the game is locked under my account/game name and not associated with any of my devices, kindle, pc, laptop and phone, as all of the other games load and play just fine and I even set up a new account and jet set launches, loads and plays. No one can help me Chang my account/game name so I don't lose all my progress, badges ect. I have leveled out in several games. Seriously considering canceling and quitting Pogo, not paying for something that is not 100%.
I have the exact same issue, and have been through all the possible "fixes". Even EA Help has given up. As I have suggested many times in many places, one of the programmers needs to log in to one of the many accounts having this issue and see for themselves that the device, browser, etc does not matter - the problem is with the site.
It appears to be an account issue. My wife can not play jetset on any of our 4 computers. I can log in with my account and play on all 4 of the computers.
After selecting the game from the list of games it brings you to the Jet Set Solitaire main game page with the yellow "Start Game" button. After selecting the start game button, the game begins to open up on the page with the word "Pogo" in the middle and the loading % near the bottom. When the game finishes loading the Pogo disappears and a jet with "Jet Set Solitaire" takes its place. The loading % completes and becomes the "Play" button. Normally when you select the play button the jet takes off and the game opens up to the world map listing all the different destination suitcases to choose from and so on. However when I push play the only thing that happens is that the play button disappears and nothing else. The jet doesn't fly off and the screen doesn't load the destination suitcases
To NhRodneyFw, furnishh189, gerretz29, Inward975, Player_fu8hrffg, and all others experiencing this frustrating issue with Jet Set after game loads to 100%, and then freezes, here is what I have experienced after contacting EA Help. I've been e-mailed by 3 different techs so far, and every one is offering the same "fixes" we have all tried. I also explained to them that others have no problem playing on our devices under their account so it can't be on our end with our devices. I can play on my free account, but not member account. I even left my phone number for them to call if not understanding our problem. After 3 days, there has been no resolution. I just checked on my Case # under EA help here on Pogo and they finally said "NO FIX AVAILABLE". Therefore, I guess no more Jet Set for me, and I even paid for badges that I will never be able to complete. If any of you get any answers at all for a fix, please let me know. It's very frustrating. Thanks!!
Totally understand. I just want pogo to move all my badges and progress to a different account name, as I have ranked out in several games and don't want to lose that.. Also, no response, so as of December 1, I will not be a pogo subscriber, terminated my account.
I agree with you and everyone on this issue. I too will not be renewing after 20 years of "Club Pogo" membership. It's obvious that EA hires useless techs who really do not care about helping us but reply with the standard "1st line tech" answers. I have been going back and forth with 5 different techs to no avail. It's sad, like you and many others, I have numerous badges, awards, etc. With other games available today it won't be hard to start somewhere else.
