Jet Set Solitaire

On Jet Set Solitaire the new game Santiago I have played the Biblioteca Nationale at least 18 times, have won about 15 times and it keeps telling me OOPs!  you lost play again

    @EA_Illium Tried that, it keeps happening on every level of this new game now Can't be me, we have had this in the past
  • @Norma467 Does anyone remember a while back when there was a terrible problem with this game? EA kept telling us, try this, do this, try that, click on this link and on and on and on. Nothing worked. Then all of sudden a message came up in the Pogo Blog that the problem had been fixed. It was on EA's end all along. So here I am winning a game and being told I lost, time after time and I know it is not my fault. Why can't someone at EA fess up and fix the damn problem instead of sending all these fake fixes. It is digusting

    This is beyond ridiculous  This just doesn't want to stop  I have to play out at least

    32 times before it will let me move on.  This is with the latest games.  When are you people going to fix this?  This is nuts.  You always blame the players and we all know from past experience it is YOU, not US

    FIX THE DAMN GAME

    Hi @Norma467 Can you try the following steps? Also, would it be possible to get a screenshot or video clip of when this happens?

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game      
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

    @EA_Illium You are not putting this on me. I am not new, whenever something goes wrong you always try to get the members to try some sort of fix, to no avail This is on your end, not mine or anyone else's Fix the problem yourself. You all broke it, now fix it

If you are not able to try the steps I would be happy to reply again if we get any further updates on what your experiencing.
