Pogo - Jet Set Solitary wont load. I refreshed the page several times. I wont get this weekly badge on time. What do I do?

I am having the same problem and it just started in October. I've tried everything and no help.
I have the same problem with Jet Set not opening. I have reported this to Technical support several times but they have been no help. Because of this problem I am unable to continue the Christmas Challenge passed level 14 and will be unable to claim 9400 pogis. I am not sure why nothing is being done about this problem but am very frustrated.
Hey Pogo, any update on what is being done to fix the Jet Set issue? It's going on the 4th month now. I won't waste my time submitting to EA Help as they only give the same old list of things to try which have been tried numerous times. It sure would be nice to know if this is even being addressed. And it would be SUPER if you would stop using this game for daily challenge or any challenge for that matter until you resolve the bug in your program.
Jet set Solitary wont load....Contacted EA several times for two months to no avail...Please fix!!! Had enough or refund membership monies! Thanks

This just happen to me. I was doing daily got that done. Then went to get mix match for seat belts. And then could not get back in. Please help us and fix games.
I agree. I like the game but it it does not work for all. Take it off challenges at least. I don't understand why you can not fix? Been going on for a long time. But it finally got me. Please help us. We pay and we buy gems. You are nothing like old pogo. Many more are going to leave. Fix games please.
