Jewel Academy
Jewel academy will not load. I get the magic bottle screen, click on play and then get a background screen but nothing else. Please help

- Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
- Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

@EA_Illium It's really a hit and miss kinda of issue... I just closed everything, re-opened the app, clicked on JA and it loaded and the play button was there.... So, for further information, I then closed everything, re-opened the app, went to JA, it loaded to 100% but no play button again... 🤔
