Jigsaw Tresure Hunter freezes/screen goes black

Jigsaw Tresure Hunter freezes and screen goes black during the Daisy Bees puzzle.  Screen shot attached of what level I'm talking about.  This has happened multiple times over the last week.  I'm on a brand-new computer so I know it's not my computer and it only happens on this puzzle.

    Hi @gagnier0520,

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game    
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)  
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates    
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot or video clip of the Error as well as a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    I actually found a solution before I saw this reply.  The game works fine in the Chrome browser.

    I had same problem. It works good on my other computers using Windows 10, but on the computers with Windows 11 it freezes. I believe the problem is with its compatibility with windows 11.

    Late coming into this thread, but I am experiencing the same problem, and have since early this year (likely Feb/22)

    Running Windows 10 on Chrome, fully updated, cookies/cache cleared etc., running 32 Gb Ram, acceleration is on. The game loads, I can make a few moves, and then everything freezes and a blank screen (screenshot below). 

    The same happens with Edge.

    its been acting up since the beggining of the challenge. tried three differnt browsers and the same issue
