Jungle Gin - The Chase

I'm not getting credit for the games I win.  How do I fix this issue?

    Your opponent needs to knock and you need less than they have. You do not knock

Both Jungle Gin and Lucky Cat Bingo are not registering wins.  I have played both games every which way with no success.  Time is running out to complete this challenge.

My jungle gin is also not registering for The Chase. I got 4 a few days ago, now yesterday and today I’m not getting credit for the underknocks. Help Pogo!
