That sounds really rough. Just to confirm, are you logging into the same Pogo screenname in both cases?
If you're also able to share some of your browser details, it would help a lot. Could you please cut / paste (or screenshot) your full results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? I'll be happy to take a look as to why the game isn't running smoothly for you.

Yes, I am only using one Pogo screen name. I finally gave up on finding a solution and started over. I am up back up to 172 out of the 206 but it would be nice to know why it happened and hopefully it won't happen again. Thanks.

When you check the stats button on the right-hand side, does it show your correct Total Wins, Stars Won, etc?
