I have found only one way to get their attention on matters like this. I tell Paypal Pogo isn't delivering what they advertised, so I want my money back. I file a dispute, and Paypal gives the seller a certain length of time to respond and Pogo never responds in time so Paypal issues me a refund. Then Pogo blocks me from their site and I have to email them with what the problem was that they didn't help me with. It's worked every time so far, you should try it.
