Mahjong Sanctuary Help

When I click on the play Level 1601 button, nothing happens. Also I've been getting popups saying that there are new animals, but i have yet to see any of them??

    Hello @SyrKid82 

     

    Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...

    Service Update - Mahjong Sanctuary levels1576 - 1601

    Hi everyone -

    We are aware of an issue in Mahjong Sanctuary where certain levels between 1576-1601 are not loading, with the exception of levels 1582, 1583, and 1592. Additionally, if you select a level that does not load and then select a level that does load, you may encounter a prompt to play that appears twice for the working level.

    Our team is actively working to resolve this issue, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Cannot open next level to play the game.  This has been going on for about 2 weeks now, since the first problem with accessing this game was reported around July 4
